1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using ph365.orig in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on ph365.orig. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances, and potential reporting to relevant regulatory authorities.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep such information updated at all times. ph365.orig reserves the right to request documentation at any stage to verify the accuracy of account information, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph365.orig account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ph365.orig immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph365.orig will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ph365.orig is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You acknowledge that ph365.orig may, at any time, request KYC documentation before processing withdrawals, approving promotions, or continuing to permit account access. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your ph365.orig account must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

ph365.orig is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers. Minimum deposit amounts are determined by the selected payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified payment methods registered in your name. ph365.orig reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ph365.orig are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to PHP transactions. For cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20), conversion to PHP is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph365.orig reserves the right to apply administrative fees to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy, following prior notice to the registered account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers issued by ph365.orig are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ph365.orig reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting mathematical loopholes in bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to artificially meet wagering requirements.

5.3 One Welcome Bonus Per Player

Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players only, limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. ph365.orig reserves the right to withdraw welcome bonus entitlements from accounts found to be linked to existing accounts.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ph365.orig are provided by certified third-party game providers and operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through real-time video-streamed physical card and table game procedures. The rules of each individual game are available within the game interface itself.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, ph365.orig reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes placed during that round to the player's account. ph365.orig is not liable for losses arising from technical issues on the player's end, including internet disconnection, device failure, or browser incompatibility.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph365.orig and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods;
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or circumvent any security or technical measure of the platform;
• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any game or platform function;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph365.orig staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Registering or operating more than one account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ph365.orig — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game content, text, and graphics — is the proprietary intellectual property of ph365.orig or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, or otherwise used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ph365.orig.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph365.orig and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

ph365.orig's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their ph365.orig account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

ph365.orig collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ph365.orig, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Responsible Gaming

13. Amendments to Terms

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
